The launch of Facebook applications
26 September 2011
In recent weeks several companies have launched Facebook
applications. Newspaper The Guardian has launched their Facebook
application designed to offer a social news experience to
users.
Toyota has also launched a Facebook application called Social Snap
Shot. The application delivers a snapshot of friends' Facebook
activity. The app was created to support the TV activity for
Toyota.
Facebook is growing more by the day; with even the national news
reporting on users' mixed opinions on the new profile changes and
the statistics showing that it has more users than the entire
population of USA! It is a useful platform for businesses to
interact with their consumers as it probably has the biggest
consumer audience in the world!
Keeping up with the trends, My Web Application has launched our new
and improved Stockbook for Facebook application. Check out the Used
Car Planet Facebook page it includes a used car search facility
on the page allowing users to browse for used cars whilst logged in
to Facebook.
